Business Clients profile

Our Business Clients are Medium and Small Caps and business groups interested on growth their availability of funding to meet their funding requirements and reducing reliance on their usual financial institutions through the use of alternative external sources of funding:

-Specialized international financial institutions (factoring, leasing, renting, pre-financing payment invoices and contracts, import and export finance, Asset Backed Lending...)

-Industry Financial Inverstors (loans, equity loans, mezzanine and even as shareholders))

-Public funding in the form of loans, collaterals and short-term financing.

Requirements:

• All kind of Companies registered in a corporate form
• No incidents RAI / ASNEF in companies, guarantors or managers
• Positive net worth (in general, some business have its own characteristics)
• Minimum billing 5,000,000 euros up to 200.000.000 euros (specific exceptions could be studied)
• Minimum Funding Requirements 200.000 euros.
